Celeste Ching is a multifaceted individual who excels in balancing various roles in her life. As the Founder and CEO of C Three Partners, a company she established in 2018, she has successfully collaborated with clients nationwide in building strategic teams for their organizations. Additionally, she is the Founder and CEO of C Three Staffing, a reputable recruiting firm founded in 2023.

With over a decade of experience in sales at a prominent global research firm, Celeste has honed her skills in placing targeted advertising in front of potential buyers. This experience has deepened her understanding of the factors that influence buyers' decisions, which she now applies to her work at C Three Partners and C Three Staffing.


Outside of her professional responsibilities, Celeste is a loving wife and homeschooling mother of four wonderful children. She values the importance of family and prioritizes creating a nurturing and educational environment for her children. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, indulging in leisurely activities, and cherishing the simple joys of life alongside her husband.


As an accomplished entrepreneur, Celeste brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her roles as Founder and CEO. Her dedication to her family, professional aspirations, and the success of her clients sets her apart as a dynamic and influential leader in the industry.

Before joining C Three Partners and C Three Staffing, I immersed myself in various real estate and oil & gas ventures. Notably, I served as the President of a private oil & gas company, where I gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of building and expanding businesses. These experiences have equipped me with a unique hiring and talent recruitment perspective. 

Throughout my career, I have successfully navigated diverse sectors, including oil & gas, accounting & finance, real estate, private equity, capital raising, SAAS products and implementation, operations, engineering, legal, and HR. My broad range of expertise has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted nature of business operations.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a licensed attorney in Texas and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. 

Outside of work, I am a devoted family person, residing in Dallas with my four young children and two British labs. I place great importance on spending quality time with my loved ones and nurturing my Catholic faith. I find solace in reading, immersing myself in the outdoors, engaging in wake surfing, exploring different destinations through travel, and cheering on TCU football. I am also an amateur wine and bourbon enthusiast.

Overall, my diverse background and passion for personal and professional growth enable me to bring a well-rounded perspective to my role at C Three Staffing.

Drawing from his extensive background in B2B sales, he possesses an innate talent for comprehending customer requirements and staying attuned to market dynamics. Eric takes great pride in his exceptional communication skills and strategic mindset, which have propelled him to excel in fiercely competitive realms like I.T. staffing. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Eric finds immense joy in cherishing moments with his family. He also appreciates the simple pleasures of indulging in a fine cigar and embarking on adventures abroad. These personal passions not only provide him with a well-rounded perspective but also fuel his drive for continuous growth and enrichment.
